Over the Christmas period, adults are busy decorating and choosing gifts while children anticipate receiving gifts they’ve longed for throughout the year. This month, LaserPro Application Lab has especially designed a cute coaster to help you enhance the Christmas atmosphere.

LaserPro Application Lab has used inexpensive nonwoven fabric for the top of the coaster and boosted the cutting effect by using its specially developed air nozzles for cutting the fabric. The coaster also has an MDF base, making it absorbent and firm. Next, let’s make some cute coasters with LaserPro!

Required Materials

Nonwoven Fabric
MDF
Adhesive Spray

Production Steps
Step 1. Use the adhesive spray to bond the nonwoven fabric and MDF together.

Step 2. Place to the working table and use auto focus.

Step 3. Change Fine Nozzle

*Do not use Auto Focus once the Ultra nozzle is in place. Doing so will cause the fine nozzle to hit the table and lead to equipment failure.

Step 4. Press Start to begin cutting.

Step 5. Cull out unnecessary parts.

Step 6. The coaster is now complete.

Tips:

Before cutting, make sure the nonwoven fabric is completely flat to avoid material loss due to out-of-focus.

Use Auto Focus prior to installing the air nozzle to avoid collision between the air nozzle and the working table.
